Hi my name is Emma and I am 21 and this here blog is where I plan to chronicle my experience while trying to live a healthier life and lose weight.I am currently a junior in college and everyone knows how hard it is to just keep weight off during college but I am up to the challenge.I do not support drastic measures to weight loss,denying your body what it needs is wrong whether it is by giving it the wrong foods or no foods at all.
I am six feet tall and my starting weight is 285 and I hope to break the 200 mark and make it to my ideal weight around 185 sometime within the next year and a half.I want to be proud of my graduation pictures!
I also have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome so I may post now and then about my dealings with that.

I couldn’t find a summer job in my hometown so I am regrettably low on money but these frequent trips to the gym are making my money dwindle even faster because of gas.Oh why do I have to live in the middle of nowhere?
